This is a small personal project. There is no 24/7 help desk. We read email as soon as we reasonably can. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services — PrayApp is not an emergency service.
How to reach us

Please include:
- The email on the account (or Apple Hide My Email address, if that is what you used).
- iOS or Android, and roughly which screen you were on.
- What you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots help.
Sign-in trouble
- If you created the account with Google or Apple, use that button — a password will not exist unless you also set one.
- If you used Hide My Email with Apple, write from that relay address or mention it so we can find the account.
- Forgot password: use “Forgot password?” in the app. A code or link is sent to the email on the account (when email sending is configured).
- If the app says the account is suspended, email us from that address. Do not create a second account to get around it.
Report abuse
In the app:
- Open the person, prayer, group, or blessing.
- Use Report. Choose a reason (harassment, spam, inappropriate content, impersonation, or something else) and optional details.
- You can also Block. A blocked person cannot find you or send you prayers.
You can email the same report to mkholi23@gmail.com with subject “PrayApp abuse report” if you cannot use the app.
Delete your account
You can delete the account yourself in the app. Full steps, prayer-handling choices, and the email fallback (for Google Play) are on Delete your account.
Short version:
- Open PrayApp and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Choose what should happen to prayers you already sent.
- Confirm it is you (password, Google, or Apple), then confirm deletion. It happens immediately.
